Analista Pleno de Logística - Mercado Envios

Assist in volume assessment, daily calibration, and monitoring of the man-hour plan, identifying gaps and updating the labor calculator. Conduct daily inventory of strategic supplies and manage local purchases and supply control. Cross-reference operational data to project scenarios for scaling and efficiency gains. Develop and present data-driven action plans for capacity expansion using agile/Lean methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Solid experience with maintenance management systems, such as SAP PM and MM modules or equivalents, and familiarity with platforms like Maximo or Oracle. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including macro programming, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
