Conduct training projects, demonstrating value to the area with proven gains. Identify risks in logistics processes, propose mitigation actions, apply training, monitor indicators, and evaluate Training Design materials, requesting improvements and deadline adjustments. Analyze KPIs and develop tools that add value to the training team's work.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in operational training or projects, proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with generative AI tools for analysis and content creation. Must have knowledge of quality tools, continuous improvement, and data analysis skills to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
