Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Information Technology, or related fields. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and TCO. Proficiency in strategic negotiations and supplier management. Advanced English for reading and writing.
