What You'll Do
Lead, develop, and retain a team of Data Security Specialists and Analysts, setting performance expectations and providing structured feedback. Manage the strategy for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), ensuring compliance with regulations. Oversee the security of corporate SaaS platforms and lead the insider threat program, adjusting analytics and coordinating with HR and Legal.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in people leadership and strategic planning. Strong background in data security, including DLP and ZTNA. Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as LGPD and GDPR. Experience with cloud platforms and AI tools for data security.
