What You'll Do
Lead the Collateral and Middle International team. Analyze operations from the perspective of risk and financial guarantees. Supervise margin call processes for clients and proprietary desks. Develop and enhance controls for managing guarantees and margin calls.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in Collateral Management, Middle Office, International Products, or Risk. Experience in people management and team development. Advanced/Fluent English with the ability to operate independently in international market interactions.
