What You'll Do
Provide on-site technical support to users, addressing IT and computer-related issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and other equipment. Conduct hardware diagnostics and repairs, including formatting and installing operating systems. Manage network infrastructure setup and maintenance, including cabling and equipment organization.
What We're Looking For
Technical education in IT or Computer Science. Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support roles. Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, equipment maintenance, and network cabling. Must have a valid driver's license and own a car.
