Analista de Engajamento de Clientes

Provide operational support and direct execution for company launches and engagement actions, focusing on Enterprise accounts with over 5,000 employees. Coordinate and operationalize initiatives with external partners and suppliers, managing graphic production, activations, webinars, and online/offline classes. Conduct energetic and informative webinars and live presentations about Wellhub for newly launched clients and active accounts.

Proven experience in B2B2C event production, customer service operations, trade marketing, or support for HR/internal communication teams is a plus. Strong command of productivity and collaboration tools, especially Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Slides). Intermediate English level for internal alignments and documentation reading.
