Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily Meetings, Planning, Review, and Retrospective. Act as a facilitator between teams, stakeholders, and involved areas. Support the management and prioritization of demands and backlog while monitoring team indicators, impediments, and risks.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Kanban, and SAFE. Strong skills in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.
