Engage with potential candidates globally through appealing outreach methods. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific candidate needs and profiles.

English fluency is a MUST, proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. A genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies.
