What You'll Do
Lead and manage the agency team, providing constant feedback to enhance team development. Offer financial consulting to associates and manage the agency's financial operations. Develop and execute the agency's planning while fostering community engagement and relationships with associates.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree in business or related fields preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution with team management experience. Certification C-Pro R or C-Pro I is required.
