Provide high-quality customer service and advise clients on banking products and services. Execute banking operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately. Identify clients' financial needs and offer tailored solutions. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and promote cross-selling of banking products.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or finance. Completed high school or technical degree in a related field. Demonstrated cash handling and financial transaction skills. Basic knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel). Availability to work branch hours and occasionally on weekends.
