What You'll Do

POSITION: Executive Assistant

Location: Remote (Globally) | Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST) | Compensation: 2000 USD/month | Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
• Strong calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and reliably carry them through completion.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple priorities.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional, responsive, and comfortable communicating with a variety of external contacts.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Comfortable working within the required MST schedule.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience supporting a healthcare executive, physician, founder, or other senior leader.
• Familiarity with calendar, task-management, documentation, and information-organization tools.
• Experience coordinating personal appointments or managing a combination of personal and professional priorities.
