Head of Product Design

Lead a 6-person design team and partner closely with Ops, Product, and Engineering to develop and execute a multi-year product strategy. Shape and communicate the experience vision for your line, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Drive complex, cross-functional projects to ensure a unified customer experience and uphold design quality metrics.

Solid Product Design experience with a proven portfolio. Experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams and a passion for team development. Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes. English proficiency is mandatory.
