Requirements

Candidates need at least 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, account management, or logistics, thriving in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail and effective communication. A high school diploma is required, though a four-year degree is preferred, alongside excellent English proficiency and experience with tools like NetSuite and Zendesk being advantageous.
