This position focuses on the strategic management of the Labor front, aiming to protect and evolve the business model by managing the legal complexity of a scaled technology platform. Key duties include ensuring the sustainability of partner relationships, providing advisory support on employee relations and compliance, and strategically engaging with regulators, unions, and courts regarding labor law evolution.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in technology companies utilizing a platform or Gig Economy business model, coupled with technical knowledge in labor regulatory matters and strategic litigation. Fluency in English is required for analyzing international contexts and trends, alongside availability for hybrid work with occasional travel to Brasília.
