Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering. Knowledge in operation and maintenance of hydroelectric generators, including turbines and associated electromechanical equipment. Proficiency in maintenance management tools (SAP/PM or similar) and performance analysis of maintenance KPIs.
