Chief of Staff / HR Program Manager

Lead the breakdown and tracking of People objectives using the OKR methodology, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy. Oversee the conception, execution, and governance of key HR projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality of deliverables. Analyze complex People metrics to identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities, and apply generative AI tools for process automation and advanced data analysis.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Strategic Consulting with solid problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, essential for creating materials and conducting presentations with global stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills for building financial models and dashboards, and practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to business.
What We Offer
Candidates must reside in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas and will be required to attend the office 8 times a month as per the current attendance policy.
