Provide support and optimization for Talent Attraction, Selection, Development, and Training processes, including managing recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. The role also involves executing the end-to-end onboarding process, providing follow-up, support, and satisfaction measurement.

Requirements

Candidates should be university students in their final cycles or recent graduates in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 6 months of experience in talent attraction or training, along with experience managing metrics and intermediate Excel skills, is required.
