Staff Product Manager | BASE

Drive the development of tools aimed at simplifying and optimizing the way Wellhub offers its services to the market. Lead the product requirements definition, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to propose new product solutions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating and refining current products, processes, tools, and methodologies. Lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

Prior experience in Product Management and Product Lifecycle is mandatory. Strong written and spoken advanced English skills for day-to-day business communication. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with product analytics tools such as Looker or Metabase. Experience with the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization.
