The manager will influence and execute strategic decisions for financial products, refining existing solutions and exploring new opportunities for the short, medium, and long term.
Requirements
Candidates must have solid experience in Product Design and Service Design, demonstrated through a portfolio showing process and decision-making, along with experience leading people and partnering with UXR for deep user studies. Autonomy, strong connection skills with business, engineering, and data teams, and a systemic view balancing process and results are essential.
