Support the identification of training needs with requesting areas for the commercial team. Coordinate with the recording studio to align on format, participants, duration, and reservations. Engage with instructors and partner areas to structure and facilitate training sessions. Monitor and organize training indicators, such as participation and evaluation results, using Excel and internal systems.

Experience in administrative routines and project support, with strong proficiency in digital tools (Office suite, especially Excel). Ability to plan and organize with attention to deadlines and multiple simultaneous tasks. Good oral and written communication skills, with ease in relating to people from different areas.
