The agent will provide phone-based support to customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while resolving and escalating product and platform issues. Responsibilities also include addressing collections and billing inquiries, processing adjustments, and applying retention strategies during cancellation requests.

Requirements

Candidates must be fully bilingual and native in both Spanish and English communication, possessing knowledge of the US credit industry including credit cards and loans. A customer-first orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn the technological suite are essential.
