The agent developer is responsible for training and coaching new agents through field accompaniment and sales methodology implementation. They ensure the achievement of sales goals by providing feedback and monitoring the sales process during the first three months.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a completed bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of commercial experience. Knowledge of individual life insurance and basic English proficiency are required, with a preference for those holding an insurance agent license.
