Core Responsibilities

The HR Analyst will be responsible for executing and following up on operational and administrative HR processes, including weekly payroll preparation using CONTAPQi based on attendance records and managing IMSS registrations, terminations, and movements. Key duties also involve tracking training, inductions, evaluations, contracts, recruitment, and monitoring SIRCE compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 months of experience in similar functions. Essential requirements include proficiency in CONTPAQi Payrolls, SIRCE, IDSE, SUA, and Virtual Desktop, along with knowledge of the LFT and LSS.
