The main objective is to provide timely assistance and advice to insured individuals involved in auto claims by verifying policy coverages and determining liability. Key functions include attending accident sites, determining responsibility based on AMIS guidelines and traffic regulations, and investigating the causes and extent of damages.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess an economic-administrative degree and basic English skills, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or as an auto claims adjuster. A valid auto claims adjuster license, knowledge of AMIS guidelines and traffic regulations, and basic MS Office skills are mandatory.
