What You'll Do
Manage and execute collection actions on assigned portfolios to recover payments. Normalize delinquent clients and contribute to recovery and delinquency containment goals. Maintain high standards of customer service and management quality.
What We're Looking For
Experience in collections or financial analysis is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of financial regulations and customer service principles.
