Security Engineer, Lead
ArqCore Responsibilities
Drive the application security roadmap, including threat modelling standards and secure code review practices. Define the company's approach to securing AI workflows and set the technical direction for detection engineering. Own incident response readiness and design IR playbooks, while also mentoring mid and senior engineers.
Requirements
7+ years in information security with experience in building a security function. 2+ years at a regulated fintech or payment company. Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure security and application security programs. Strong detection engineering background and experience with endpoint security tooling.
