Perform the conference, launch, and monitoring of payments related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with processes and deadlines. Control and validate fiscal and financial documents, ensuring correct information flow for payment processing. Monitor purchase requisitions, orders, and contracts, supporting expense management and administrative routines.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel and integrated management systems, preferably SAP. Experience with administrative routines, financial control, and management of indicators and reports.
