What You'll Do
Diagnose and resolve software, systems, hardware, and workstation configuration issues. Configure, install, and relocate computers, monitors, and peripherals according to defined standards. Provide assistance with application usage and troubleshoot logical machine configuration problems.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of ServiceNow. Experience in supporting and configuring Windows and Mac systems. General knowledge of Office applications support. Ability to install and uninstall software.
What We Offer
CLT hiring with on-site work in Fortaleza/CE. Work schedule is 5x2 during business hours, with availability for occasional needs outside of business hours or on weekends.
