What You'll Do
Plan and conduct local discovery processes to clarify complex internal processes. Create responsive interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma autonomously. Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines and validate designs with developers.
What We're Looking For
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and interactive components. Proven experience in developing corporate systems and HR platforms. Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
