Core Responsibilities

The Account Director will ensure positive client experiences, manage brand guardianship, and constructively challenge clients while proactively presenting added-value solutions. Responsibilities also include ensuring internal processes are followed, acting as an escalation point for SLAs, and leading the delivery of tier 2 & 3 projects.

Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of proven experience, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to manage workflow and prioritize workloads effectively. A strong background in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency is advantageous, alongside meticulous attention to detail and understanding of project profitability.
