Lead continuous improvement projects in the Cajamar operational unit, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operational processes and reduce waste sustainably. Map and analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks and efficiency gain opportunities, developing actionable plans based on data and translating results into executive recommendations. Act as a multiplier of the continuous improvement culture, training and engaging operational teams in agile tools and methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Practical experience in an operational environment such as factory floor, distribution center, or logistics operation, with a proven track record in continuous improvement projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies and data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI); familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus.
