Latam Product Compliance and Risk Manager
WiseCore Responsibilities
This role involves acting as the primary liaison between complex Brazilian Financial Crime regulations and the Product/Engineering teams to ensure compliance while enabling new product launches. Key duties include designing scalable KYC, AML, and Anti-Fraud controls and overseeing the remediation of regulatory risks.
Requirements
The candidate must deeply understand FinCrime risks and Brazilian financial regulations, such as BCB Circular 3,978/2020, to translate these requirements into technical specifications for product teams. Responsibilities include owning the 1st line of defense risk management and representing the company in external regulatory interactions.
