Participate actively in the organization, definition, and prioritization of the team's backlog and roadmap. Decompose and simplify complex processes, prioritizing tasks and deliverables strategically to maximize impact and minimize risks. Design and implement high-performance and scalable solutions and architectures, ensuring the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of backend development with Java/Kotlin, application architecture, and databases. Experience in using and developing metrics with Datadog, DataStudio, BigQuery, etc., and Microservices/REST. Ability to translate business needs into roadmaps and concrete action plans.
