Senior Program Manager, Microwave

Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort, driving day-to-day execution of the program. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to execute the program. Track and report program metrics on schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance.

5+ years relevant experience in program management. B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred. Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality.

The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $220,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. This role is based in San Jose with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office), but may be worked remotely from an approved location.
