Core Responsibilities

The specialist will efficiently handle internal complaints and clarifications received at the branch, ensuring impeccable follow-up with the client and operational areas to resolve cases and prevent escalation to regulatory bodies like CONDUSEF. This role also involves managing detractors, following up on assigned client campaigns, maintaining process controls, and performing necessary administrative tasks while adhering to quality standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

Candidates should have completed or partially completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, specifically in customer service, with preference given to experience handling complaints.
