Assistant Manager, Strategy, and Insurance Products

Support the implementation of the commercial strategy and insurance products by coordinating the development of initiatives and projects. Monitor portfolio performance and execute initiatives with various areas of the bank and strategic partners. Conduct market analysis and prepare reports related to the products under management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and English. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of General Insurance, Personal Insurance, and Bonds.
