Lead daily and weekly operational alignment meetings, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are communicated clearly and timely to Team Leaders. Monitor real-time compliance with KPIs, providing immediate visibility for decision-making. Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency. Drive continuous improvement by developing new KPI measurement models and innovating data visualization and transfer.

Previous experience in similar roles is required. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets is necessary. Knowledge of Looker Studio and SQL language is essential. Must be available to work on-site in Colina during the afternoon shift from 10:00 AM to 7:24 PM, under a rotating schedule.
