The specialist will be responsible for critically analyzing and diagnosing complex financial processes, focusing heavily on the billing pipeline, to identify bottlenecks and risks. Key duties include designing scalable future-state workflows, acting as a PMO to ensure execution goals are met, and implementing Lean methodologies for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Candidates must possess solid expertise in financial processes, including recurring billing, taxes, and reconciliation, along with experience using ERP systems. A strong command of process mapping tools like BPMN and methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is required, alongside proven resilience and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
