The Business Analyst will lead software development initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. They will manage project backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and leverage AI tools to streamline documentation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in software development environments. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Notion, and professional English (C1/C2) is required, along with the ability to work remotely from Latin America.
