What You'll Do
Ensure the quality of deliveries on the Salesforce platform, from requirements analysis to solution validation. Plan, create, and execute functional, integrated, exploratory, and regression tests. Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, tracking, and validation of fixes. Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to anticipate risks and improve quality practices.
What We're Looking For
Experience with software testing, preferably in Salesforce projects. Proficient in creating test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases. Familiarity with defect management and root cause analysis. Knowledge of web test automation and maintenance of automated suites. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and complex business rules.
