Sr. System Analyst, Finance Systems (Zuora)

Serve as the go-to expert for Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue, driving platform governance, system configuration, functional design, process and system optimization. Triage issues, identify required bug fixes and prioritize incidents in partnership with users and third-party resources. Automate finance operations—including subscription lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition—and drive end-to-end testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to guarantee billing accuracy.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems development and administration, with significant expertise in Zuora Billing & Subscription Management & Revenue Recognition. Proven experience with Zuora configurations and custom development, including product catalog, subscriptions, billing rules, payment gateways, and revenue recognition.
