Core Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end transactional HR activities across the hire-to-retire lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies. Manage HRIS data, onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide support for payroll, benefits, and labor audits.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and strong knowledge of Argentine labor legislation are essential.
