Analista de Produtos Sênior (Seguros)

Structure the backlog of opportunities based on GWP, directing revenue growth initiatives. Conduct action plans analyzing the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and conversion opportunities. Structure customer persona analyses for insurance, deepening understanding of their pains and needs. Perform market benchmarking for insurance products, anticipating trends and evolution opportunities.

Previous experience as a data analyst, performing data ingestion and analysis. Experience in product or analytics areas within financial institutions, preferably in the insurance segment. Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel for autonomous data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Familiarity with Python and Data Bricks for data analysis and automation.
