Finance Business Partner Specialist

Provide comprehensive financial support to the assigned area, ensuring understanding of the P&L and translating financial metrics into concrete action plans. Lead budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, identifying risks and optimization opportunities. Analyze business information by autonomously querying databases and developing dynamic reports that add value to decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Over 4 years of experience in financial roles, FP&A, Management Control, or Business Partnering, preferably in technology or e-commerce environments. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL/BigQuery for data extraction.
