The specialist will act as the technical authority for the Payouts journey, translating operational issues into strategic improvements for speed and scalability, while serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert on payment authorization and performance. They will lead initiatives to optimize the full payout lifecycle, including refunds and splits, focusing heavily on approval rates and processing efficiency.
Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience in payments, payouts, or financial operations, with a strong understanding of authorization flows and payment ecosystems. Essential skills include strong analytical capabilities, data interpretation for performance monitoring, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
