Research & Development Trainee

Participate in the monitoring of projects related to the development of minerals, coke, coals, and other strategic raw materials. Collaborate in the metallurgical characterization of raw materials and analyze the results obtained. Support the planning and execution of tests to validate new development alternatives. Coordinate activities and interact with different areas of the company, laboratories, suppliers, and operational teams to advance project validation.

At least 50% of the degree completed and approved in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of Excel for analyzing and tracking technical information. Knowledge of metallurgical processes, laboratory testing, materials, and industrial process improvement will be valued. Intermediate English for reading technical documentation is a plus.
