The Intake Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact, conducting empathetic intake calls, gathering case details, and managing consultation scheduling for prospective clients. They are also responsible for maintaining warm communication, following up with leads, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the legal team after retention.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence for handling sensitive conversations, and exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Prior experience in legal intake, client services, sales, or customer success is preferred, along with comfort using CRMs and case management software.
