This role requires translating country strategy into concrete, scalable programs by combining technical knowledge with executive management capabilities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a professional with over 10 years of experience in conservation, possessing a solid technical foundation combined with strong execution, articulation, and results orientation, including leadership and complex program management experience. Advanced English proficiency is required, along with experience in environmental funds, philanthropy, or international cooperation.
