Ensure 24x7 availability of critical systems in an audited environment. Conduct troubleshooting of N2/N3 incidents in multi-technology environments, acting as the primary escalation in war rooms. Reduce TOIL through automation, implementing solutions with Ansible, Python, and Shell Script to eliminate repetitive tasks.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. 3 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or system administration. Minimum of 2 years with Kubernetes in production and 2 years with Linux in production.
